Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies offer potential solutions to these issues, optimizing workforce management, reducing staff burnout,
and improving the quality of care provided to residents. This article explores how AI and ML can be applied to LTC workforce management. It highlights key
advancements, real-world applications, and their benefits in improving care outcomes and operational efficiency.
